Level 5. Its the Joysound Karaoke Bar, just as the pictures and signage describe. Everything was as expected and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It was very hard to find. We needed to ask someone who spoke English where to go. Directions were not easy. The place is on level 5 in a business called JOYSOUND. I will try to attach some photos . Once there it was fine.

The lockers at Sannomiya Station were full, so I hurriedly looked for a luggage storage place nearby and found this spot. However, there were no signs or directions in front of the building, on the elevator, or on the floor (or maybe they were hard to see?), so I went up feeling a bit uncertain. It looked like a karaoke room or a multi-purpose room, but they store suitcases and luggage in a designated room. The system was simple and straightforward: you just book via the app and show your payment details to have your luggage stored. Overall, I was satisfied!
