Quick and easy drop off and pick up!

This was an amazing place to store my bags, work out and use the pool while I was waiting for my late flight. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I will use this service again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic. It's wonderful how easy-going everything is. Arriving a little earlier or later, it doesn't matter at all. Dropped off luggage, flight to Maui, and days later back in Hawai'i to pick up the luggage there. Thanks!

What a great experience! It was a great location, easily walkable to a lot of different things, and the people who helped me were so friendly and made great recommendations.

We were completing our trip to Hawaii(Kailua-Kona) with our 2 grandkids. Had to check out of our room at 11AM but with a late night departure to the Mainland. Thanks to your service, we were able to enjoy a full day in Hawaii without our luggage. Also, the folks at The Club Kona were very friendly and professional.

Didn't even know this service existed, but so thankful it does! It came in handy when we still had a whole day to kill in Kona before our 7:30pm flight. App was easy to use, check-in and check-out of luggage was easy, staff was friendly, super reasonably priced as well. Location is also really convenient! I will definitely use this service again.

Very easy & uncomplicated

Looking for a place to lockup/store our luggage to let us go shopping as we had a late flight out of Kona. Found Bounce thru a google search, reasonably priced, location (The Club Kona)was close to shopping. Staff was great & friendly, hours were accommodating. Highly recommend if needing to place your luggage somewhere after checking out of your hotel and looking to do some activities. They also have available showers & change rooms if needed, a great service for tourists with the late flights off the island.

We did not want to leave our luggage while we went on a backcountry hike on our last day in Kona. There were so many homeless people on this island—it seemed like the safe thing to do. So, I found Bounce! The location was convenient and the gym owners were friendly. Our gear was kept safe by them, and we didn’t worry about it. All was well when we returned. Would use again.

Easy and very affordable process of storing luggage between checkout of our Airbnb & heading to the airport hours later. The app was easy, and the folks at The Club were really friendly. Great alternative to lugging baggage/suitcases all over town!

The staff was super friendly. During my day I did some shopping and I had to add things to my luggage. They didn’t rush me. I was able to use their restrooms and get dressed into more winter focused clothing. Mahalo

Great place to drop off bags while waiting for p.m. flight...We got to walk around Kona, eat & stroll shops, without having to lug our luggage...we even bought a day pass to shower before leaving...make sure you have your own towel, or you will be using paper towels from the wall dispenser to dry off

Top service, convenient and super well organized. We took advantage of it while traveling to several different islands in Hawaii and it was super useful. The gym that took our suitcases was great, the employees were great.

Fantastic. Was relieved when my Lyft driver knew exactly where I was heading - saying he too thought it was a great deal. Was met with friendly employees. Easy drop off (not lockers like anticipated but felt ‘safe enough’) and was offered the locker room to clean up before my flight - much appreciated after waking the city for hours to kill time.
