Luggage storage Kailua-Kona

Very good service and nice people

We had a great experience here. Fast to drop off and pick up- right in the heart of Kona about 15 min from the airport. We stored a bike here post-ironman so we could travel around the island without lugging it around. Highly recommend if you need a place to store things you don't want to take around!

Stayed at an air bnb so didn't have the option to store luggage with a hotel. Cost $41 to store 5 bags. Our bags weren't stolen and we had peace of mind that our rental car wouldn't be broken into while we enjoyed our last bit of sightseeing and dinner. This isn't the employees only job. You are dropping off at a fitness club. So I would suggest to allow for a little extra time to drop off and pick up just in case they are busy. I appreciate this service they provide.

We have used Bounce in other places in the world. This location is great! The staff at the gym were helpful and made the process super easy. It was nice to be able to leave a piece of luggage for 10 days while island hopping. Mahalo!

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff!

The drop off was easy and I felt that my items were secure. Pick up was just as easy and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend

Great experience here! Locked doors due to the gym is good, and they do respond quickly if they are away from the front desk —very friendly staff was welcoming!

It allowed us an additional 8 hrs of sightseeing after checking out of our VRBO but before turning in the rental car. There was no longer the worry of leaving our bags in the car while we were wondering around the Big Island. This is a great idea and we will use it again in the future.

Extremely convenient and safe. Much better than driving around with all of your luggage in view for others to see.

An amazing thing! I love booking very late flights, so I can enjoy my last day on trips. So it made it very convenient that I could check out of my airbnb, take my luggage to storage, then go enjoy a 4-Hour snorkeling trip. Was able to enjoy dinner out, then head to the gym that stored my luggage and take a shower after buying a day pass. Thanks so much, Bounce!

Very easy to use. Felt very secure. A great service to add since our VRBO did not have storage space and we had an evening flight.

Super friendly & accommodating.

Service was excellent, quick check-in of all my bags. Location was easy to find and all bags are safe behind locked doors. I was also provided with a discount coupon to use towards a day pass to use their facilities to freshen up! Highly recommend this service and location and will be using again and hopefully at this convenient location!

Helpful service !! Awesome thank you

Super convenient, and secure. Facility is actually a fitness club, small area for bags, and you need to card in to get inside. Access is restricted. Highly recommended for late flights so you don't have to worrry about securing your bags. Four suitcases was $32 with tax. Very reasonable.

Very friendly and easy process, and felt bags were secured and organized! Didn’t need to be a member of the gym and just used the bounce app

Drop off and pick up were super easy. It's located at a gym with a side room for luggage. The gym doors are by member entry only and the front desk is staffed just adjacent to the room. We got a week-long membership at the gym so were able to shower when we picked up our luggage. The room allowed for some luggage re-organizing in air conditioned comfort before we left for the airport. Nice staff. Would absolutely use again.

Very nice to have luggage storage available for a later flight. The people were friendly and helpful! It was an easy experience and The Club Kona is walking distance to the pier. I was very pleased!!

Works great! Very seamless

Excellent service. The early hours worked out perfectly for us to store bags while inbetween stays and going on a dive. This relieved all my anxiety about leaving the bags unattended while going on a dive. Great communication dropping off and picking up, uncle was so kind-many mahalos.

Fantastic experience. Nice to leave your luggage behind when you want to island hop with less baggage.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up!

This was an amazing place to store my bags, work out and use the pool while I was waiting for my late flight. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I will use this service again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic. It's wonderful how easy-going everything is. Arriving a little earlier or later, it doesn't matter at all. Dropped off luggage, flight to Maui, and days later back in Hawai'i to pick up the luggage there. Thanks!

Super easy process, very kind people. Thank you!

What a great experience! It was a great location, easily walkable to a lot of different things, and the people who helped me were so friendly and made great recommendations.

We were completing our trip to Hawaii(Kailua-Kona) with our 2 grandkids. Had to check out of our room at 11AM but with a late night departure to the Mainland. Thanks to your service, we were able to enjoy a full day in Hawaii without our luggage. Also, the folks at The Club Kona were very friendly and professional.

The whole process was just amazing and people very friendly and helpful

Great experience. Quick and easy drop off and pick up.

Didn't even know this service existed, but so thankful it does! It came in handy when we still had a whole day to kill in Kona before our 7:30pm flight. App was easy to use, check-in and check-out of luggage was easy, staff was friendly, super reasonably priced as well. Location is also really convenient! I will definitely use this service again.
