I was looking on Google Maps for a luggage storage service that could hold my suitcase before my Shinkansen train home from work, and I found this place. It's on the 4th floor of this building, right near Hiroden Tate-machi Station, and the reception is at the Ruth hair salon. It was my first time using the service, so I was unsure about many things, but the kind service and lovely smiles of the staff put my worries away. The system involves booking and paying online and receiving a QR code. They run the Ruth hair salon as their main business, and they provided the same great atmosphere for customer service. Thank you so much!! Their smiles were radiant✨

The "LOCKER" is located inside a beauty salon, on the fourth floor of the building. There aren't actually any lockers with keys or digital keypads (like in train stations or subways), but the bags are kept in a room by the salon staff, which is why I preferred this option. The staff was very kind because, even though the app indicated the collection deadline was 4:30 PM, they let us leave our bags without any problems until 5:30 PM, which is their closing time, and that was really helpful for us. Plus, when we picked them up, they offered us fresh water and the chance to use their lovely scented bathroom. The location is very convenient, close to Parco della Pace and the tram stops that take you to the station.
