Nice workers, helpful when I was stressed about a festival and let me use on of their personal chargers

The Capitol Hotel did a great job with Bounce. They knew exactly what it was, happily took my bag, and quickly returned it when I came back at the end of the day. I used their service to store my luggage while at the Capitol Groove music festival. Bounce and Capitol Groove should have a partnership.

Smooth and quick to drop off and pick up luggage. Wish it was closer to the airport but overall good experience.

super sweet and helpful staff! they go through steps to ensure your luggage doesn't get mixed with someone else, and the location is pretty safe and secure. its close to the train station so its also convenient for travelers!

I checked a bag with Bounce there for a quick daytrip that ended up running out my transit time. The hotel staff were extremely kind courteous and professional, both the man who checked my bag and the woman with locks who returned my bag, I unfortunately didn't get wither of their names, but they were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Hartford.

The service itself was great. The hotel that I brought my bag too seemed concerned and like he didn’t have room for enough luggage of the day. I just had a backpack so it worked great for me but the staff seemed confused why so many people expected them to store their luggage.

First time, my suitcase was in back in the room but this second time, my suitcase was front of the front desk all the time. I prefer that my suitcases put back of the room- more safe. You can ask them to put it in back in the secure room. Staff are nice.
