Drop-off was super easy. The staff was lovely. This was a great way to move around more easily before our train. And only a 29 minute walk to the Granada Train Station after!

Very convenient and secure! We left our two carry-on suitcases there so we could enjoy our day in the city without being weighed down. It's very simple: you make a reservation online, receive a QR code, and simply present it on-site to drop off your luggage. The staff takes a photo of the suitcases and keeps them behind the counter, in their sight. The staff are quite friendly and patient, especially if you don't speak the local language. We paid less than €12 for our two suitcases for the whole day. Picking them up is also very quick and easy. The location right in the city center is really convenient: you can drop off your suitcases in the morning and then enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city at your leisure. I highly recommend this luggage storage location.

Great place, small shop but the cathedral. A photo of the suitcase was taken and placed behind the counter. Picking it up was no problem either. Show the QR code and done.

It was fine. I had the impression I was putting my bag in a locker when I paid online. When I arrived it was just a small market and the guy working just stored the bag behind the counter. He did scan the QR code for check in and check out.

It was a bit of mess to find the one to store luggage near Granada Cathedral out of many same kind of luggage storing businesses. But after we found an appropriate one close to the place we were to stay at, the reservation went very smooth. The price was reasonable for the convenience. I do not have no trouble and complaints at all. Good job done. The only thing we would possibly propose is to give customers a proof of their storing the luggage. Of course, they can confirm that they are keeping the luggage by checking the reservation once again when we come back to pick the luggage. That status may be shared with the customer.
