Great place, small shop but the cathedral. A photo of the suitcase was taken and placed behind the counter. Picking it up was no problem either. Show the QR code and done.

It was fine. I had the impression I was putting my bag in a locker when I paid online. When I arrived it was just a small market and the guy working just stored the bag behind the counter. He did scan the QR code for check in and check out.

It was a bit of mess to find the one to store luggage near Granada Cathedral out of many same kind of luggage storing businesses. But after we found an appropriate one close to the place we were to stay at, the reservation went very smooth. The price was reasonable for the convenience. I do not have no trouble and complaints at all. Good job done. The only thing we would possibly propose is to give customers a proof of their storing the luggage. Of course, they can confirm that they are keeping the luggage by checking the reservation once again when we come back to pick the luggage. That status may be shared with the customer.
