Dom helped us out greatly today with our luggage when nobody else would and our own hotel wouldn’t even hold our luggage while we waited to check in. Very outgoing and great vibe. 10/10 recommend come visit his store

Very convenient, easy to book on the app. Friendly staff and was a great option to allow us to go and explore then pick up and cross the road to get on a bus to the airport.

Very convenient location and customer Service was good. However you can’t select 0-3 hours pricing , 4-7 hours pricing or +8 plus hours pricing like other storage locker places as it automatically defaults to the whole day charge online. All luggage is put in a room at the back of the shop.

Quick, easy and in a good location, right opposite station

I checked two suitcases in to go to the casino. It was a bit pricey at $25 for two, but I think it was convenient. It's right in front of Broadbeach South Station, but due to construction, the traffic lights to cross the road are quite far away. Also, it's a bit difficult to find the way to the casino. Google takes you to the north, but you can also get in from the south.

The luggage should be marked as mailed, otherwise it will be hard to find. It is better to have a dedicated clean space for luggage, rather than just putting it next to the sink.
