This luggage storage location is physically inside the Hotel Carlton, which is situated perfectly right next to the Gent-Sint-Pieters Train Station. The service is handled directly by the hotel's reception staff. The receptionist we dealt with was extremely kind and friendly. The location is incredibly convenient, and we were very satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure and easy luggage storage near the station!

They were so so so so nice. I just left my luggage there and was treated like a princess 😂❤️

The location is 10 minutes from the train station, and if you're heading downtown, it's easily accessible. The process was quick and easy, and the front desk was very kind to accept our backpacks. The price was perhaps a little high, but it was worth it because it was secure and there were no issues with picking them up. They only asked us to take photos of our backpacks with the numbers and ask for them when we returned.

Brilliant customer service from the lady on reception at the Hotel Carlton. She was extremely professional and even provided me with a map of Ghent which proved extremely useful. Would have no problem recommending using Hotel Carlton if you are looking to store your luggage whilst popping in to the city centre for some sight seeing :0)

Hotel was just across the road from the train station and trams to the main square where across from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and dropping off and collecting the bags was so easy! We thoroughly enjoyed our day in Ghent Would highly recommend.

The location brings you in front of a hotel. Don't look for a place called Bounce. The hotel reception takes the luggage. We left Gent while on a day trip. 5 euros per suitcase. You have to pick up the luggage by 11 pm.
