  • We have never used this type of service before, and found ourselves in need while in Ghent. It was super easy to download their app, find their location, thanks to a neighbouring business, who pointed us in the right direction, and super nice people. We dropped off our luggage with a code, and had to use the same code to pick it up again. This was incredibly helpful as anyone knows who has tried to pull a carry-on through cobblestone streets.
