Luggage storage Near Cameron Square

Clerk was helpful, service was efficient. There are no signs for “Bounce” at the store front. The drop is at the Phone Clinic, a bright yellow store front.

Booked online the day we arrived in Fort William. Very centrally located on High Street but not as convenient if you are hoping to stay near the train. Regardless it’s a very short walk. We had some internet connection issues trying to pull up our QR code, but the gentleman in the store logged me into his wifi. The storage is inside of a phone store. No issues with dropping or picking up. Just need to be back before the store closes at 6pm.

Person taking the bags was very polite and I was pleased with the service. Would highly reccommed if bags need to be stored for a shorter period of time. Food was pretty good as well.

Ask Bounce to update your address when using the Directions button in the Bounce app. Clicking that button for either Apple or Google maps directed me to Ainslie Lane, not 63 High Street. Otherwise, thanks for looking after my bags.

Great service once we found the location. Apple Maps did not take us to the right address, but once we found it, service was exceptional.

Google maps shows in wrong location. It's the phone shop by Ossian hotel (63 high street). Sati helped me out by storing the bags in the back. He was relaxed about timings as long as I was back before he closed up at 7. Recommended.

Easy drop off and pick up. Not the most secure maybe so wouldn’t leave anything valuable.

Easy to book in my case. If the shop owner goes out for a break it is worth leaving a note to say that they will be back in 10 minutes

The location wasn't quite right. Fast service
