Excellent service, simple and the employee was really friendly.

They were great! Well-placed location just off Whyte, and the folks there, both at drop-off and pick-up were friendly and easy to deal with. Also, the luggage was left in a locked room, accessed only by staff and the customer.

The staff was great, and the whole process of checking-in then checking-out was a breeze!

Exactly where I needed it to be: right beside the bus office and right near downtown. The operator was pleasant and efficient and the process of scanning my reservation and putting a tag on the luggage belt very secure, similar scanning to retrieve my bag.

Wonderful folks! Our luggage was kept safe and sound throughout the duration of our shopping. Even gave my very tired kid a chocolate bar to pick them up, which was very appreciated. Recommended 5 stars!

Honestly, as this was my first time using this service I actually liked it a lot! The customer service was good, I wish it was a locker instead of just a room but the only people with access are the people who work there so it wasn't bad. Only other con is the location, yes it's near enough busses but it was a strange area to be in. Other than that the whole process was convenient and saved me nearly 100$ having to book another night at the hotel, I would definitely recommend this.
