Everything is quick and easy. 300 meters from the station. You book online, they scan the Q-code on your receipt and take a photo of your bags. On your return, just have the Q-code checked for baggage claim. Recommended.

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. I had a terrible time in Dusseldorf, I wanted to pick up my luggage early but my phone was dead. Not only did he allow me to pick my suitcase up 5 hours early, he put my phone on charge behind the counter and we tried to find a language we could both communicate with - which ended up being italian, despite being in Germany. As well as this; the drop off process was efficient and your luggage is heavily secured, only released upon showing proof of your unique code, I wasn't even frustrated that he knew i was the one who dropped of the case. One of the nicest people I've ever met and I would definitely reccommend using this service.

It's a shop that has a service where you scan a QR code and leave your suitcase. I left mine with the shopkeeper without any problem.
