Excellent/helpful staff. My best Bounce experience (and I have used a few around the world).

Super easy process.

Pick up and drop off was okay. But this is a restaraunt, they dont keep ur bags in a locked, private area, anyone working therr has access to them. If ur like me and just need to store expensive electronics, not a whole suitcase it doesnt feel very secure. There are cameras which help, but i definitely felt more uncomfortable leaving my bags here vs bounce storage at a hotel where bags are locked away and a receptionist is standing in front of the door to them all the time.

Easy process to drop our bags off and pick them up. Being at a brewery with an excellent food truck was a nice surprise.

When I received the item, the store clerk didn't know me and couldn't scan the QR code, so the order wasn't completed. Other than that, everything was smooth and convenient.

Amazing service. Highly recommend Located inside Hop&Sting brewing co. We had an 9hr layover so came to Grapevine to kill sometime and part with ourbags for a moment. Address is correct. There's just no signage for Bounce Luggage Storage outside. Enter via the side door of the Hop&Sting brewing co. I purchased the storage once we confirmed the location and dealt with Gray who was super friendly and happy to help.
