Nothing, I see that everything was excellent, thank you.

The hours said until 6:00 p.m. but we had to come at 4:00 p.m., which cut into our time in the city.

Everything was perfect, very fast, easy and in a good location.

Very central, very friendly people and very easy to complete the procedure, both on the website and at the hotel itself.

Make it more clear it’s in the restaurant

We only had 1 extra small canvas bag and they refused to keep it.

They did not seem to know that we had reservations and already paid via the Bounce app. It took several minutes before they finally discovered that we did pay and did have reservations. Service from that point was good.

It is located on the way from the station to the Mezquita. The staff were very friendly and polite. When you leave your luggage, they attach a tag and leave it in a room behind the counter. There is always a staff member at the counter, so you can feel safe. The facility itself was also clean.

The store works great, the app is not accurate with the location.

The baggage claim was perfect, with a charming and very helpful person. However, at baggage claim, they let us into the room without asking for any identification or handing over the codes that identified the bags. There was a man sitting inside the room... In short, anyone could have walked in and taken whatever they wanted. Perfect reception, poor collection.

When we picked it up, there was a moment of shock: the backpack had disappeared. But it reappeared on the other side of the room; it had only been stowed away somewhere else because of its size. We were all relieved.

The location is very good, the staff very friendly and the price unbeatable.

The store times are until 6.30pm. if you cannot support that, please state it in the official opening hours for visibility.

The woman who served us was very kind, but she changed our time without much notice, leaving us less time even though we had already booked a time slot. Apart from that, the rest was excellent.

I can't think of anything - it was a bit of a surprise to see that the luggage was put into a back room. Maybe a dedicated closet with a lock?

The staff are very nice and quick but the bags are store in an easily accessed back seating area and they just ask you which bags are yours - no photos taken either… which made me feel I couldn’t leave any valuables.

Check in and check out is carried out using a QR code.

The lady who helped us was very attentive and helped us make the reservation. She was very kind and helpful at all times, as was the gentleman when we checked out.

It is a hotel so there is always someone available. Very friendly and well located.

It's the bar on the corner. It's not in the building with that address. They were very kind when I went to pick up my backpack.

Hotel Marisa is an ideal location for visiting the Mezquita. The desk clerks are happy to call a taxi for you as well (we did a day trip on the train.)

This was an easy process in a very convenient location. And a good place to eat when collecting your luggage!
