Extremely pleased with online support. I couldn't find the email with the QR, it took them seconds for a bot to reply then very quickly a human despite it being late at night (CET) and by time I woke up in morning it was all sorted! Hotel where bags kept, fine and friendly

I used this internet café as a locker through the "Bounce" app. It's a 10-minute walk from the station. You book through the app, they scan the code when you arrive, take a photo of your luggage, and then show the app code again to pick it up. Quick and easy. (€6.70 for one carry-on bag from 11:00 to 17:00, although I think the price is for the whole day)

I am so glad this service exists. It makes a lot of sense. It was easy to pick a location close to where we would be, easy and fast to check in, and easy to pick up our bags at the end of the day.

100% recommend. I booked on the Bounce app and the photo of the location was correct and it was super easy to find, no problem. The staff was nice and checked my bags in and out quickly, and told us that the location closed at 20:30. It was a good price for 2 small bags and 2 suitcases for all day.

It's a cloakroom-style service inside the hotel. They were very friendly. You can pay by card. We left two medium-sized backpacks for 5 euros. They don't seem to have a high-security system, but it worked out fine.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the pick-up and drop off process straightforward and fast. Recommended!

Easy, affordable, and plenty of space! It is a whole storage room, not a specific locker. Very nice front desk lady. And the cab from the train station goes directly to it.
