Easy drop-off and pick-up process, no complaints here :)

Super easy, very kind staff. Quick in and out. Made my life so much easier without having to lug my bags around since I had rented a motorcycle during my stay.

We were able to easily book luggage storage online through Bounce and specify the exact drop-off and pick-up times. After booking and payment, you receive the precise location. Initially, we were a little skeptical, but since we urgently needed luggage storage before our flight, we tried Bounce and are extremely satisfied! The luggage storage was located in a cute little café, so you might want to allow some extra time to grab a coffee there. 😊

The best: location. It's just few minutes walk from Pier 1 in Cebu City. Another great thing is, how simple and easy is the system, moreover, you receive a message informing the remaining time and recalling the pick up time.

Easy to use system. The app functioned well, and good instructions on where to drop off. The people there were helpful, and it was easy to drop the bags off and pick them up. Wish this service was in more places to make travel easier!

Convinient place, bec close to the Port, the staff is unfriendly. I thought it's a basic human behavour to say Hi back at least. However they kept my staff safe, so should't care.
