It was completely straightforward and easy to drop off and pick up the suitcase and backpack.

Brilliant service, right next to Carlisle Station. Staff helped with online booking. Only downside was the fees on top of the charge. Would definitely use again though.

Booked online with Bounce at Carlisle Station Hotel the night before. No problem with booking and an efficient and friendly service checking my case with QR code in when I got there. Given a numbered ticket as a receipt and for collection. I had no worries about my case not being secure while I was out for the day and collection was straightforward. I would use Bounce again.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. Thanks to the hotel's location right next to the train station, I didn't have to take any detours.

Process was quick and BW staff were helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had a five hour layover there to visit the town and it was a blessing to be able to store our luggage using the bounce app.

Very simple and easy to do especially as it was such a personal service, lovely receptionist took our luggage in and gave us a ticket, simple. Picked up early and was able to use hotel bar and reception whilst waiting for our return train. When the streets of Carlisle are finished (massive upheaval as work being done on ALL the city centre pedestrian zones!) it will look lovely. We picked the wrong year.
