  • We were visiting Cardiff castle and our check in was not until 4pm. We had no hassle leaving our luggage at the joke shop. The lady at the counter was amazing ,helpful and kind. She let us keep my son's small backpack with the other luggage that we booked in. Highly recommended.

  • The staff were really nice! The store is pretty small and can get pretty crowded at times, but they were still able to accommodate my very large suitcases! I would go there again

  • The staff were amazing. They were extremely busy as it was Halloween and the shop was full but they made sure that my bag was given to me quickly as I had a train to catch. They even served me promptly when I dropped the bag off and we very professional and friendly. Great place to leave your bags.
