Luggage storage Next to Malpensa Airport

The process was very simple. The suitcases were undamaged. Everything was perfect.

Highly recommend Bounce Luggage Storage at Novotel near Malpensa Airport. Excellent service — the staff assisted us smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. It’s about 10–15 minutes from the airport, and they offer a shuttle for just €5 per person per way, which is much cheaper than Uber (though it’s best to consider the number of passengers). I suggest calling ahead to request the shuttle. Great experience overall!

The whole process was very easy. Drop off/pick up was great, as well as the extension through the website.

Great option for those that want to leave their luggage near Malpensa airport. The service from Novotel was efficient & friendly, the Bounce app is super easy to use and absolutely more affordable than others. Will definitely use this again

The hotel is accessible since it's located behind the airport and can be reached in 4 minutes. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the service is available 24/7.

Wonderful and Hassle free service. We dropped 2 big bags for 6 days and it was very reasonable. We even went back to get something from the bag and the staff were really helpful with the whole process.

Great location, nearby airport and the staff is very helpful and cooperative! The only downside, Uber costs €50 for single side ! Ironically that cost was higher than my entire luggage deposit cost

it will cost 10 more euros per person to drop the bags at the place near the Malpensa Milan airport.

Storage was fine and staff is nice but it’s only accessible by car. Taxi is $25 and shuttle is $5 if it’s peak hours and $25 during not peak hours, save money and store luggage at the airport.

Everything was perfect. But the hotel is not that close to the airport, so getting around on foot or by transportation is not so easy.

Good evening, I did not select "convenient location" because it is very expensive to get to your hotel to drop off your luggage at the left-luggage office. I am outraged to see the price charged to travel from Malpensa airport to your hotel.
