  • Luggage drop off and pick up was both easy, and it’s in a great location across from the train station (inside Hotel du Nord). Just beware the lobby is up a flight of narrow stairs if you’re carrying big or multiple suitcases!

  • Hotel luggage storage in reality, with a "human" welcome. Very well located opposite the station but upstairs in an elevator, so not very practical for large or heavy luggage. Hence one star less to reach 5.

  • No elevator so not recommended if you have heavy bags or a bunch of bags, but it is close to the station.

  • Location is very good. It is just across the street from the train station. Check-in and check-out was efficient and fast. The only negative is that we had to haul our heavy luggages on the stairs to go one level up.

  • Very good idea & worth every penny however carrying a 23kg case up & down a large flight of stairs as the lift not working with no help was quite disappointing
