Excellent service! My suitcases were safely stored in a warehouse, and the way I left them made it clear that nothing was touched or rummaged through my belongings. I'm grateful to the lady and the young man who were in the store for recommending places to visit.

easy, quick and reliable

Very friendly and flexible with the reservation time. Great. The only thing was that we had trouble understanding which location to leave our luggage at according to the instructions.

Great service. The convenience store is up in the second level so you have to search for it but the staff member was very helpful. Great service which means I could explore Calgary for the day.

super friendly people who kept our luggage for a few hours! it was just hard to find the salon, but i would definitely recommend it!

A bit difficult to find, as there was only a small Bounce sign near the door, but the service more than made up for it. The woman who helped me was patient as I paid online and let me drop my luggage off early. But, keep in mind, she mentioned that they had difficulty with water coming in the day before during a major storm. You couldn't notice the day after though. The place is well located -- it was the only luggage storage near downtown/within walking distance.
