Inside the Ibis hotel run by the front desk. Bags are locked in a closet off the front desk and tags are given. 4€ per bag for the day. Very easy and nice people. English is spoken.

Located directly across from the Caen train and tram station, the shop is nicer than the name implies. They kept our bags in a back room, which seemed secure. I’d accidentally left quite a bit of US cash in my suitcase and it was fine. We were able to enjoy an extra half day in Caen before catching our train to Paris. Highly recommend Bounce and this location.

Perfect for leaving your luggage for a few hours. Ideally located near Caen train station. I recommend it!

Great place to leave your bags. As I am a English it was still easy enough to convey I wanted to leave or pick up my bags.

The staff where friendly and incredibly helpful and overall the experience could not have been better.

This was super convenient as we traveled to Caen and needed somewhere to keep our luggage between check out of 1 airbnb and check in to another ( 11oclock checkout- 4pm check in! The price point is affordable and it’s easy to locate and get a train or Uber from this destination 👌🏽👍🏽

It saved our last day in Caen. Our flight was late in the evening, so we left our suitcases for €3 each. Everything was perfect. It's located in the Ibis hotel.

Very friendly service person. Why not make it easier to find the location? Why not name the business that houses the storage unit?

Very convenient, located in the Ibis hotel, which is on the right hand side when you exit the Caen train station. I was glad to have it to drop my bag for a few hours while I explored the town. The staff didn’t check my booking number, nor my luggage ticket when i picked up to make sure I was actually taking my bag. However, it is a good service and I will use Bounce again.
