Luggage storage Byron Bay

Receptionist was present at drop off and pick up, there was no delay or issue at all. Easy process!

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating!

Drop-off easy. Pick-up, I asked if there was anything to do to confirm I collected and desk staff said no —- but then I received an email from Bounce stating “Your booking hasn’t been checked out yet. Let us know if you have your bags and we’ll automatically check you out to avoid additional charges.” So collection from the host side, needs some efficiency. Otherwise happy with the Bounce booking!

The lady at reception was extremely helpful. I was in a bit of a panic because I was travelling overseas and needed to get to the bus taking me to the airport. I hadn't used the service before. She was pleasantly calm and helpful, making my experience so much easier.
