At check-in, the staff didn't seem to know much about the bounce app. At check-out, the other staff checked it thoroughly, which was nice.

Friendly people, they made the process easy

Central location, very friendly staff, and the best thing is that they were open 24 hours a day. The only "inconvenience" is that the place where the suitcases are stored is in a basement with stairs, and my suitcases were heavy, but I was accompanied, and the staff and my family member happily helped me :)

The experience was overall good. The staff was friendly, I left my bag and found it in the same place 5 days later. However, I was expecting real code lockers and not just a locked common room. Not that it bothered me but because of this I found the price rather high.
