The process was very easy. The kiosk is also in a great location, open 24 hours a day, the staff are very friendly, and the whole process went smoothly. I left my luggage in these bags for six days, and we would definitely use the service again if needed.

Excellent experience! The brothers who run the place are very kind. We even wanted to buy water after leaving our luggage, and Bautista (one of the brothers) wouldn't let us pay because they usually offer a special service to customers who use their facilities. Very trustworthy, and our belongings couldn't have been safer.

When we wanted to buy water after leaving our luggage, Bautista (one of the brothers) didn't charge us, since they usually give bottled water to everyone who books, and we had no idea. All our things were very safe. It was my first experience with the app; at first, I was a little hesitant because we didn't know anything about this type of service, but anyway, for our first experience, it was excellent.
