Excellent experience! The brothers who run the place are very kind. We even wanted to buy water after leaving our luggage, and Bautista (one of the brothers) wouldn't let us pay because they usually offer a special service to customers who use their facilities. Very trustworthy, and our belongings couldn't have been safer.

Very good, 100% recommended. Two brothers run the place, both very attentive and kind. When we wanted to buy water after leaving our luggage, Bautista (one of the brothers) didn't charge us, since they usually give bottled water to everyone who books, and we had no idea. All our things were very safe. It was my first experience with the app; at first, I was a little hesitant because we didn't know anything about this type of service, but anyway, for our first experience, it was excellent.

I had a great experience using this luggage storage service. The location was excellent, conveniently located, and felt very safe. Having 24-hour security gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were secure while I explored the city. What impressed me most was the outstanding customer service. My flight was delayed by 9 hours, which significantly affected my arrival time, but I was able to communicate with the owner throughout the delay. They were very understanding, accommodating, and helpful in coordinating my late arrival. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a stressful travel situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their luggage.

This is a hotel location. The front desk worker scanned my QR code, took photos of my bags, and locked the bags up safely in a closet. It was so fast and easy to drop off and to pick up. Couldn’t have gone better. I was able to walk all over Palermo SoHo during a loooong layover knowing my bags were safe. I would 100% use bounce again.

The price was okay, it was quick, and the location was good, with bars, restaurants, and much more nearby. You could even walk to the airport if you don't have too much luggage and are reasonably fit.
