Reliable and easy.

In looking for places, it was hard to find recent reviews - I think this hostel had a few. I highly recommend- the staff we met - I wish I remembered their names - owner (male) and manager (female) were very friendly and helpful. When I came back, bag was there and stuff was in it… what more can you ask for?

Overall good, just a little bit of confusion. It didn’t seem that our name was entered into the system although our reservation was confirmed and we were given a claim ticket for our bags.

Very conveniently located and easy to use. I've never used Bounce or any other luggage storage apps but we had a 13 hour layover in Buenos Aires and via Bounce we found Hostel Ruda yo store our hand luggage while we explored during our layover. It's in a great neighborhood with lots to see and is relatively close to Newberry Airport (AEP).

Great location. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Needed to leave large luggage while we made a side trip to Iguazu Falls before returning to Buenos Aires for flight home.
