Excellent service, the staff were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The dropoff location was easy to find and had a Bounce sign out front. Leaving my bags in the secure location was easy and allowed me to explore the city without having to haul my luggage everywhere.

It was a great experience! I ran out of data when I was picking up my luggage, and I needed it to get an Uber to my hotel as it was a bit too late. Even though the WiFi at Quinba was down, the staff was very helpful. Eventually, he managed to get me a hotspot so I could get a car. Thanks a lot for your kindness and I wish you all the best!

All good, easy to find and recollect our things. The bags are stored in a shared locked closet.

Lovely folks to work with.

I booked in advance without any problems and received the QR code. When I went to drop off my bag, the app wasn't working there, so we couldn't check in. Since I couldn't come back later, and as a gesture of mutual trust, I left it there until a friend came to pick it up that evening. Luckily, everything turned out fine.

The staff was great. Drop off and pick up were easy and straightforward. I couldn’t find a sign on the outside of the building, so it was a bit hard to find.
