Very easy process from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Easy to find, easy to use!!

Good location in the very center of the old town. Everything went well, suitcases were in a safe place, nice employee.

Nice and polite staff 👍

Great location, but pay attention to

Everything perfect!!!!

Very good location, great price in comparison with other luggage storage and very friendly and kind staff! They made the drop off and collection very easy. Highly recommend it.

All fast and easy

Everything sent smoothly, very nice staff!

Amazing, just amazing! Easy to access, easy to find, affordable, the staff are amazing!

Vert good location close to the old city and line 100 to airport. Friendly staff!!

This was my first experience using Bounce... Everything was quite perfect! The host was incredibly kind and understanding, even though my Bounce account wasn't fully completed (the app didn't make it clear during sign-up that both a first and last name were required). Both the luggage drop-off and pick-up were quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend this location. We had already checked out of our accommodation but still had several hours before our flight, so leaving our luggage here allowed us to enjoy one last walk around the area without having to carry our suitcases.

Everything went smoothly. Place is safe and staff is really friendly. 100% recommendations

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly!!!

Good location, well priced and we were able to quickly drop off and later collect our bags.

Staff member was so lovely, I asked if I could leave my tomatoes in addition that I’d bought from the market and he even offered to keep them in the fridge. Very sweet and efficient 5*’s

Everything went well, the staff is friendly. Thank you for the opportunity to leave your things in storage and go for a walk around the city.

Luggage storage worked perfectly here.

Great, efficient, hassle-free. I recommend.

Leave your luggage with complete peace of mind. Inexpensive, reliable, and very friendly. Nothing beats human interaction. I highly recommend them.

Everything was great.

Everything was perfect. Easy to find and very clean place!

Very easy and smooth experience. Booking through the website was simple, and the drop-off and pick-up process was quick and hassle-free. The staff was helpful and efficient-they tagged our bags and gave us tickets, and everything was returned without any issues. No unnecessary steps, codes, or emails. Highly recommended!
