Luggage storage Back Bay – Near Dartmouth Street

Drop off and pickup were super easy

Very easy and staff was super friendly!

Easy drop off and pick up process. Was exactly the service needed for killing a few hours in Boston without toting around luggage

Easy and good pricing.

Really close to back bay st, the delivery was fast and to take them out was fast too. You take the bags to a back room and just leave them there

Know up front that this is a "back room storage" deal and not private lockers or anything like that. It is like checking your bags at a hotel desk for a number of hours after check out. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was nice. The location we used was close to the transportation center, so that also helped greatly. Prices were reasonable for the service, and check in and check out were handled by a QR code and a picture. Definitely recommend using Bounce, just use general travel safety and keep valuables on your person. Thank you, Bounce!

Staff was nice, though this seems like an add on to a convenience store, not a primary business. Storage was "group storage in the back room" with QR code and picture check in and check out. Overall, it was a good experience; just be sure to keep valuables on your person (general safety standard).

Great location, just across the back bay station. Very helpful staff. Thank you !

Easy drop off and pick up. Close to station.

Really appreciated the convenient location and hours so that we could enjoy the city before check in and after our checkout. The gentleman at the store was very nice.

Very helpful and polite staff. And items were kept safely

This spot is very convenient to the Logan Express and Back Bay transit center. Super easy process.

Friendly staff, easy to store and retrieve bags. Security cameras around also improve safety

Amazing. Kind people

Very easy, no tags but no problems!

You walk in, show the clerk your code, stash your bags in the back. Bounce sent me an email reminder half an hour before the hold was up. The shop is easy to get to right across the street from the Back Bay T station, adjacent to Copley Place.

Staff made it super easy! Felt secure

Super simple process. The storage is in the backroom, under surveillance. There are no tags given to you

Quick and easy and secure, they never touch your bag you place it and take it from the back yourself

Great thank you so much

They were very kind and nice

Recommended for anyone travel inbound or outbond the city

Staff are super nice and helpful

Great and convenient service

Great and convenient

It's all very easy: book online, go to your chosen location, drop off your luggage after showing the QR code, and pick it up at the scheduled time. Simple, easy, and fast.

Drop off and pick up were very seamless and quick

Super easy to drop off and pick up. Essentially across the street from Back Bay Station. Great location.

Convenient location right near the Back Bay station. Easy in and out!

It was smooth check in and kept my bag secured
