Leaving and picking up luggage was very easy. I also ended up leaving my wallet and passport by mistake at the location after picking up my luggage. I panicked when I later discovered I didn’t have these and when I went back, they had secured my items for me awaiting my return. So thankful they found these and kept them safe for me-not every location would do this.

This location was extremely convenient because it was so close to the airport shuttle. We dropped off our luggage in the morning, walked to the station for about 15 minutes, took the blue line to downtown and arrived in less than 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Will definitely be using this location in the future.

Beacon Hill Athletic Club was the perfect place to leave our luggage while we were spending our last day in the city. Both workers we interacted with were kind, knew exactly what to do and where to store our bags, and even let us use the locker rooms to change before heading to the airport. Highly recommend!
