It went very well. Super convenient as it's opposite the train station in a small café called La Station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. No queues at either drop-off or pick-up. Luggage is photographed and placed in a secure corner. Luckily, I asked at Biarritz train station if they had a luggage storage facility nearby because it wasn't showing up on Google. I highly recommend it. Bus number 5 takes you to Biarritz Grande Plage in 20 minutes for €1.40. Perfect!
