Luggage storage Banff

Great and helpful staff. The luggage is left at a locked shared space. Everything went great.

Check in of luggage was quick and easy. The staff was helpful and courteous. Parking in front is a little bit tricky but we were in and out so fast it didn't matter. It worked out great for us.

The staff was so nice and willing to help. The luggage room is also safe and close to the town center. Very convenient to drop off your stuffs and travel around.

The crew at Samesun couldn't be more spectacular. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, willing to help in any way possible. Not sure what else I could say. If you use this service somewhere else in Banff, you just won't have as good of an experience.

Located in a locked room in parking garage at Samesun. Wonderful to be able to drop bags in Banff village for the day. Check in and out was easy. The app makes you book on the hour, but they are flexible on when you can drop off or pick up. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sooooo easy. Easy to book, easy to pay and easy to store my bag. The only suggestion I would make is to have more signs outside as it's a bit hard to tell if you're in the right place at first.

I was glad that it was easy to get in and out.

Quick, easy storage for our luggage while we explore Banff

It was really easy to use this location to store my luggage while wandering around Banff for a day on a stop from Lake Louise to the Calgary airport. It was nice to know in advance that it’s in the parking lot and it’s the homie system for getting your bags, but the door is locked and everything went well for our use case. Thank you to the nice team at this location!

Great experience, no fuss. I left my bag with a macbook and it was safe. Not the most safest since they keep it in the storage but without supervision so when you grab your luggage, you might mistakenly grab a wrong one because they don’t put tags or anything and don’t verify it if you grab the right one.

Website needs to be a bit clearer about where the location is. There is no where that stated drop off was actually INSIDE the Samesun.

I needed a convenient place to leave a pet carrier while I was in Banff for the day without a vehicle. Reserving a spot online and pre-paying was super easy, so all I had to do was check in and drop off. It was exactly what I needed, a simple storage spot for a few hours. Picking up at the end of the day was quick and efficient.

This service was a LIFESAVER when my gear had to be dropped off by one friend and picked up by another when I was in a different city. It all went swimmingly, although everything was apparently stored in one big parking garage and the friend picking my stuff up was sent down with the key and had access to everyone's stuff. So it's great, as long as people don't mix their stuff up with yours.....

Convenient location and friendly service. I was a bit worried because they give people the key to store and retrieve their luggage, so it was possible for other people to get into or take our luggage. All was well, though, and it was a nice option for us. We felt safer sightseeing around Banff on our way from the Calgary airport to our hotel further north, with our luggage not sitting in our car.

Well located for me to catch the airport shuttle to Calgary.

The storage is not individual lockers, instead a padlocked room in the basement car park of the Samesun Backpackers lodge. It was very convenient for a day in Banff.

Could use some signage outside to better assist in locating the place.
