Fine. The worker was very slow to helping us but other than that it was fine.

Location is the closest one to Penn Station, but still a bit of a walk or bus ride. Sidewalks aren't in the greatest condition, so pay attention to your luggage wheels. Our bags felt very secure though, because the entrance is only by buzzer. Thank you for keeping our bags safe!

The UPS store has great service and they were very professional with our luggage. The UPS team stored all of our luggage 7large suitcases with no problem and they labeled them all with codes, had them detailed out for pickup that afternoon. Great service!!
