I used the service twice days in a row. Higly recommended! The people working there are really very nice and kind.

The truth is that the service was just as it should be, the girl who attended us was polite, fast, she explained to us that she had to take a photo for the app and check how the luggage is left and how it is returned. Very good, really. She attended to us in Portuguese although we spoke to her in Spanish, she also spoke French (we heard her with other clients) and I think English, so we had no problems with the language. It has made our life much easier to be able to leave the luggage and store the equipment on the motorcycle we traveled on. If you go by car, keep in mind that you cannot stop there, you will have to park and carry the luggage on foot.

The approach is a bit difficult due to the traffic-regulated area.

A very convenient option for leaving your luggage. Quick and efficient service with a simple QR code scan. Baggage is photographed and labeled so it won't be confused with other items. The only downside is that it's not exactly easy to find because it's inside a souvenir shop and isn't very well signposted. Experience approved.
