Luggage storage Near Downtown Austin

I traveled for a business trip but had time to kill before my flight took off in the evening. I didn't want to double back to the hotel to grab my bags and couldn't check them in that early. This was a convenient and inexpensive way to deal with them while I walked around the capitol building plaza and the surrounding area.

Stafff was great, communication was good, location was secure. All in all was a good experience and we would use again.

Easy drop off and no problems at all, the attendant asked me for my reservation number, typed and was able to take items. Came back a few hours later and picked up our luggage on the way to the airport.

So easy. Will use again!

It was super convenient to park my luggage at the UPS store on Lavaca, right next to the bus stop to the airport, so I got to walk around a bit in downtown austin before I had to leave. What a cool service.

Location was perfect and felt very comfortable with the storage.

This was my first time using these services and it went great! The pick-up and drop off was easy. They locked my luggage in a safe, secure closet. The staff did not scan my QR code for check in or check out though. The next day, I had to manually select “already dropped off my bags” and “already picked up my bags” in the app to complete the order. That was a bit confusing. All in all, great experience and I would do it again in the future!

When we checked in, the person was confused about what we were there for. It definitely made us skeptical about leaving our luggage there at the dry cleaners. However it turned out to be fine! They locked it up in the back room and checking in/out was easy. They didn’t tag the bags or anything though, they made us take a picture of our luggage. I think they could be better about making the customer feel more secure about leaving the bags with them.
