Opened the store right at 10:00 and knew exactly what to do. Location is very very close to the Courthouse metro stop.

Easy process, once you install the app. Dropped off at UPS Store and toured DC since we couldn't check in yet. About $7 per bag to leave was reasonable.

The location is close to airport. Check in and out luggage was a breeze.

I took a day trip, by air, to an event and carried a large tote bag with my change of clothes, food, and other essentials. Unfortunately, I discovered through the event’s instructions (my fault for not paying attention earlier) that large bags were prohibited at the venue. So, I looked online to see if the airport offered storage lockers. Sadly, that wasn’t an option. Thankfully, Bounce automatically appeared in my google search as a solution. I quickly reserved a storage space for my tote, took an Uber, and added the Bounce location as a stop on my route. And just like that, I was able to store my bag safely and attend the event without any issues. I’m grateful this option was available—it saved my trip! Without Bounce, I might have had to cancel or leave my bag behind, which I wasn’t willing to do because it was a custom leather tote. Thank you, Bounce!

Very easy and convenient and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Gave us several extra hours for one last sightseeing excursion while we were in DC. Convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and to the Metro to head for the airport when we were done. There was a bit of a line to pick up our bags, but we didn't wait long, and we had budgeted some extra time since December tends to be a busy month for mailing things. Would definitely use them again.
