The location on the map was a little off, and there was no clear sign at the door, so I couldn't find it at first. Later, I found it correctly according to the house number. Apart from that, everything went smoothly!

The shop is a little difficult to find with Google Maps but the experience was otherwise fine. The location is the closest one to the Central Station in Antwerp anyway.

Easy to drop off luggage and pick up nice service. Doesn't look super secured so as long as you don't have any valuables it works without any worry

Everything worked fine, but they should implement a system to mark the luggage per group or person, it is just standing at the end of the shop..

The shop is fine but the bags are left alone in one part of the shop with little additional security. We also left our things with several friends and they were intact when we returned (a couple of hours) but I wouldn't leave them for several days.

I understand why you text the address after booking and paying, but could you please include the name of the actual shop too - we had trouble finding our location because the shop didn’t have a street number on it. We did like that it had a Bounce sticker on the window once we finally found the shop.
