Luggage storage Antigua

A little far from the main park, but helpful friendly staff at the laundromat. It felt very secure and trustworthy.

The deposit and withdrawal process was great, the place has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. Nothing happened to my things; everything was in its place and in the same condition as when I left it.

Easy to drop off and pick up again a week later. Prior review said storage room was left open, but for my bag the room was locked and my bag was checked against my receipt. I felt very secure.

Was so easy to check luggage at the front desk. The person was very nice but the luggage room was around the corner from the front desk (closer to the street) and they seemed a little lax about keeping it open (a guy before me also checked luggage and they just left it entirely open while he was looking up my reservation). But everything ended up ok and the hotel is really nice and has a good restaurant to kill some time.

The hotel we were staying at couldn’t hold our luggage due to it being Christmas, and we wouldn’t be leaving Antigua until 6:30 pm. Our luggage was safely stored at Bounce, which was easy to use. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even able to use their restrooms before leaving Antigua. Fair price for the service. Next time, I would just make sure the front desk closes the reservation properly, as I was almost overcharged for leaving my luggage—this part was a bit difficult to manage on my end.

It was easy and uncomplicated but when you pick up the luggage again you could pick any luggage which is very unsafe but for me everything was fine and it worked

They have a secure room to store luggage, but anyone could take another suitcase because the receptionist doesn't check that the tag has your name on it.
