Quick, simple, and just what we needed. Looks a bit odd that you're dropping off at a liquor store but the guy who checked us in was friendly, kept our stuff save and the process was painless. We didn't want to take ours bags into Disneyland so we opted for this service and it was perfect! Costed us less than trying to take our carry ones through Disney security and renting lockers.

Super easy drop off and pick up. Will use again! If you're doing this for Disney, add this as a stop on your Lyft/Uber drive as it's a little too far to walk to Disney.

They were so kind!! I left four suitcases and one backpack, and they found them without any problems! After leaving them, I took an Uber to Disneyland, and it took about 10 or 12 minutes.

Weird that it’s at a liquor store. But man it sure was convenient and decently priced! Dropped off our bags in the afternoon. Went to Disney. Came back had some Mexican food at the place next door. Stocked up on drinks when we picked up our luggage in the evening!

I was worried about dropping my luggage off at a random store using some online app I’d never heard of, but everything worked out great! The guy who took in our luggage explained the process, took a photo of our stuff, and it was immediately registered on the app. Super easy drop off and pick up and the associates were nice and helpful.

Pretty great! This was the first time I have used bounce and it was a little awkward just dropping my bags off at a random place but it was simple and smooth. Walked in with my bags, they scanned the QR code, took pics of the luggage, then I left. Less than 2min in and out the door. Came back later in the day to pick up the luggage. Same routine, only 2min in and out. Would highly recommend this location, great drop off location if you are visiting Disney

It's a great place to leave your luggage, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that it's about a half-hour walk or bus ride from Disneyland.

Very easy to drop off/pick up. Nice associates. Could use some additional signage for easier identification that it’s a luggage drop off. We were confused at first that it was a liquor store. Would use the service again!

This place is AWESOME! We needed somewhere to store our luggage after checking out of our hotel, and they did just the job! Quick, easy and very affordable! They even stayed past closing time when we were running late to pick up our bags. Thank you!! I’d recommend this place to any one!
