Good service, they just lacked a bit of information at the beginning because if you search for it on Google it's confusing. Just in case it helps: you can book online through their website, which gives you the exact location (it's close to what's shown on Maps), and they have a bounce QR code outside, on the door (it was small and we asked beforehand). Then it's as simple as giving your luggage to the staff and collecting it at the agreed time.

We used their luggage storage service and everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever, and excellent service.

It would be great to see some sign outside it was a bit difficult to find it.

The staff was really helpful. The app couldn't validate my luggage and I contacted support to do the check-in. The staff agreed and we're really supportive even though my QR didn't work.

They leave the suitcases in a food store, so the neck pillow and the suitcase have been stained and do not smell good. For everything else, very good treatment and agile at all times.
