Luggage storage Tropicana

Did exactly what was expected. Kept my stuff safe, was quick to drop off, quick to reclaim and the staff were nice and friendly. Thank you very much indeed. If like us to you need to pick a bag/suitcase on the way back to the airport, it's about 20mins from the airport due to traffic.

Amazing customer service by the hotel staff, quick drop off and pick up process all done online (Apple Pay accepted). Service is at a hotel with entrance doors are locked each time it gets closed, was able to find curbside parking. Luggage was safe and sound. Would recommend if you’re looking to store your luggage as opposed to leaving it in your rental car.

Everything was great. You receive a reminder shortly before the deadline so you can pick up your luggage in time. Hotel Pacande was fantastic; they collected our suitcases from reception at the time of return so that check-out was quick and smooth.

Easy, safe and hassle free. Great idea for thinning down luggage when you only need essentials for whatever adventure you have planned.

Excellent luggage storage service! Close to SJO airport with just 10 mins drive. Their reservation website is very clear that you can just pay online. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. It is less than 10 minutes walking from the main bus station in Alajuela (easy 15-20 minute ride from SJO airport). I left my bags here for 2 days and had no issues whatsoever.

Excellent Service. Landed at 8am but airbnb had guests until afternoon so I checked my bags at Wanderlust and went to City Mall. Great location - super quick via Uber to Wanderlust and then straight to the mall. Had a great day of shopping, picked up bags and went to my stay. Seemless!

It might help to give additional information about parking as it can be challenging during the day. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The owners are very sweet and the facility is very clean. The neighborhood had us a little nervous at drop off but that shouldn't deter people. Everything is very well organized and straight forward.

There’s a Bounce sticker on the window of the hotel which made it easy to find. Everyone was very kind and I felt safe leaving my luggage here!

My first time using this app and it went smoothly. We didn't want to have our luggage while we toured San Jose during the day. It's a quick process, you walk in, they scan your QR code, and you put your luggage away in their locked closet. When we picked up our luggage, the receptionist was very accommodating. She let us repack our stuff in their small lobby and use the bathrooms as well. I like that we have this service available and would use it again if I ever needed to.

Excellent service provided by Estefany and her mother. I recommend getting in touch with them directly prior to arriving as the place is not signposted, but all turned out great and they are really lovely people. Got some great tips from Estefany for a day trip in San Jose!

Great service. I made the reservation online and then just went to the location to drop off my luggage. I only booked for one day, and everything was perfect.
