The staff is very friendly, the store is open until late and bag drop-off/removal is very easy and quick.

The address shown on Google map and actual address was different.

There was no sign or indication of where the Bounce store was located. It was a total surprise that it was in the smoking shop after walking around the block several times. Stop wasting peoples' time and place a sign on the shop.
