Unclear how to get in touch (call the whatsapp number on the outside of the building). But once we knew, it was fine.

Very accommodating and flexible with the times

The store was closed on arrival (after having booked online in advance) so we had a 30 min wait. And upon collection (pre-arranged when we dropped the bags off) was also closed again with another 30 min wait. Luckily did not impact our onward journey but perhaps something to keep in mind if you select this store.

There was no signage outside mentioning that they did bounce, and nobody at the main floor when we showed up so we needed to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs before bringing them back down. However- the bags remained in a locked room and we felt very safe having our belongings there!

Convenient for being the earliest to open on a Sunday.
