First, it was very easy to make a booking via the Bounce app and because they have storage facilities all over Sapporo I managed to find one practically across the road from my hotel. The staff were very, very friendly and accomodating. I left a suitcase with them for 4 days while I travelled to another town in Hokkaido. Drop off and pick up were simple and fast using the QR code. I would highly recommend using Yamato for storage.
