You need to tell customers how to get in the main door. Also the evening staff didn't seem to know about boost. Other than that we were happy as another customer let us in and the lovely lady who took the bags in the morning

Great service and location just behind the
marina. It’s inside the aquamar complex and not separately signed or branded so a little tricky to find but the person on reception was very helpful.
