Cute little room where items are locked away with access only from a special locking mechanism away from customer reach. Items were untouched when we picked up and the gent behind the counter was lovely!

Mr. Shinjiro provided excellent customer service, he was very friendly and went above and beyond to help my wife and I with various questions. Location was very nice, clean and most of all secure. I would rather leave my luggage here in a spacious location than shove everything into individual lockers at the train station or air port. Ill be using this location the next time I visit Tokyo.
