Super nice experience by the very friendly guy who worked there. We were among his first ever customers and he handeled it perfectly. Our luggage was stored in a safe spot behind a closed doors.

Although the closing time was indicated as 4:00 p.m., they informed us when we checked in that the closing time was later, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Niagara at our leisure. Thank you, Chris!

Second time in less than a year that we're lucky enough to visit London and second time in less than a year that we trust this Storage point. The guys at the shop are always kind and helpful and the bags are tagged and secured. Trustworthy place.

Easy to use although a directional arrow on the wall would help to find where the drop off point is. But would definitely use again.
