Staff is around even at very late hours. Drop off and pick up of luggage is very straight forward and fast - everything took less than 3 minutes. The only con about choosing this place is that it is a bit hard to find if you don’t know what to look for, especially late at night. You really need to follow the instructions given on the listing closely.

Staff were polite and efficient. Location was IDEAL. We were worried about catching our train on time but they were very speedy.

We left our luggages for 1 day and took it at midnight. it is very easy and safe, also open for 7/24 hours.

The Spa was just down the hall and they let me access my bags so I can change out into fresh clothes. Felt like a whole new person ready to face the new year!
