Staff was excellent. Very helpful. They are new to this service, so there was a small confusion at first. But it was quickly sorted and they keep our bags for us without issue. They place us down a spiral, narrow staircase. That may be an issue for some people. It wasn’t for our family. They kept the bags in a room and they were undisturbed. I am happy with this service and with Luxury Shisha Cafe staff.

Smooth process. Easy dropoff/ pickup. Location is near the lift lobby.

Person is nice and helpful, but be warned of 3 flights of Stairs! If you have heavy, or lots of Baggage, it will meake you sweat.

Super easy to locate, friendly and overall would feel safe leaving my bags there again.
