Very easy process from booking online to checking in & picking up. Store is small so it could get crowded if there are a lot of customers. Location was half a block from where we needed to be (without luggages) and fee was very reasonable. They close early (5pm on Sat when we were there) so this location might not be convenient for most.

Easy to drop off and pick up. Be forewarned that electronics such as tablets will need to be removed from the luggage to be scanned separately, so don't have things buried in there or it will take longer. Altogether though it was an easy drop off and pick up in a very convenient location which allowed me to go about my day without the hassle of dragging a suitcase along in the rain.

Staff was quick and attentive, bag was right where I left it. They make you take a photo of your bag and show it for pick up, nice extra touch of security. Would use this spot again, convenient location from Grand Central.

Clean establishment, friendly staff! They were super nice and close to our next destination 10/10
