Close to the airport and very easy! We had a few days at Tikal and wanted to leave our big bags somewhere to save money on the flight. Very quick walk from the airport to the location and the man was very nice, helpful, and spoke good English. Would recommend!

Staff was courteous and helpful. When we made the booking the app somehow said it was to end at 5pm which was odd - we chose this business because the app said the business was open until 7:30pm. Not sure what went wrong with the booking, if it was a mistake on our end or not, but the store let us come back for our bag at 7. We didn't know it was a tobacco business until after booking and might have booked elsewhere had we known. But we chose based on location and hours.

Really efficient. In and out after scanning my QR code. Staff members understood what I needed despite the language barrier.

As expected no issues at all. Room felt secure through back of restaurant and another couple of doors.

Staff was intentional with ensuring our bags were safe. They went in a backroom somewhere where no customers had access to them. They tagged them and had us take photos. Recommend their service!

Super easy drop off and pick up and a quick walk to Nulu. Highly recommend.
