The location was excellent, close to the train station and same day booking available as well. Staff were helpful and drop off and pick up were quick as well.

Had a really wonderful experience with Yilan's Cityshop. Very convenient place, close to the Bus terminal and also very convenient open hours. I left my luggage with them the first day I was in Copenhagen, and on the second day it was a no brainer. You also get a 10% discount on anything in the kiosk if you book with them so that's also a plus! Thank you to Yilan's place and Bounce for making my trip wonderful!
The staff who helped us with the luggage was very nice. They were flexible with the time we picked up our luggage. The place seemed quite safe to store our luggage.
